Healthcare Employers are invited to join Healthcare Sector Advisor, Roxie Severance, Healthcare Career Advancement Program (H-CAP) and ApprenticeshipNH to learn how to increase the supply of skilled healthcare workers, reduce turnover costs, build internal training capacity, and non-traditional approaches to workforce education with real career pathways.

Learn about existing healthcare apprenticeship programs in NH and how your organization can benefit from this workforce development strategy.
There are existing apprenticeship programs through the Healthcare Career Advance Program (H-CAP). Learn how you can fast-track your apprenticeship program!
Work with the ApprenticeshipNH team to develop your own program or sign on to one of the many programs offered through H-CAP
Hear about support for your program and apprentices provided through federal grants by the AppenticeshipNH team.

The total funding of the ApprenticeshipNH initiative is $10.6M with 99% funded through the following U.S. Department of Labor – Employment and Training Administration grants in the amounts indicated: Apprenticeship State Expansion (ASE) Grant, $1.35M, State Apprenticeship Expansion 2020 (SAE2020) Grant, $3.45M, and Apprenticeship Building America (ABA) Grant, $5.8M. Additional support of less than 1% is provided by third party scholarship grants for programs developed through the ASE grant.
