NHTI – Concord’s Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in contract teaching in a classroom, online and job site to coordinate course, course delivery and program activities for non-credit Carpentry Apprenticeship program at NHTI. The focus area is in construction/carpentry. The position is a contractual, temporary position for a specified contract period with potential to continue into future semesters. About the Position:
- Occupation: Carpentry Instructor, Workforce Education
- Pay Range: $40 – $50 per hour; salary commensurate with experience
- Appointment Type: Contractor
- Work Schedule: September-December, 2025, evenings (two days/week) & some Saturdays, schedule TBD
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certificate from a regionally accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with classroom and online teaching
- Higher education or workforce teaching experience in the construction/carpentry field
