Fire Alarm Technician

  • Apprenticeship Occupation: Fire Alarm Technician
  • Term of Apprenticeship: Two years/4,000 hours paid on-the-job training
  • Related Instruction: Electronic Security Association
  • Program Start: Open enrollment
  • Minimum Age: 16
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or on track to graduate
  • Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems in various settings. If you have a passion for safety and a knack for technical work, we want to hear from you!
  • Starting pay: $20 per hour

 

Fire Sprinkler Technician

  • Apprenticeship Occupation: Fire Sprinkler Technician
  • Term of Apprenticeship: Four years/8,000 hours paid on-the-job training
  • Related Instruction: American Fire Sprinkler Association
  • Program Start: Open enrollment
  • Minimum Age: 16
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or on track to graduate
