Employer: Felton, Inc. – Londonderry, NH

Length of Apprenticeship: Approximately one year, including 2,000 hours of on-the-job training plus 208 hours of classroom instruction time at Manchester Community College (MCC).  Apprentices will receive college credit for courses successfully completed, and credits can be used towards a certificate or degree at the college.

Position & Program Overview: Operates a variety of production machines and operates and maintains adjustments on these machines working under limited supervision.  Make sure their machines are working at full capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output.

Participants in the program are full time Felton employees from start of the program, are eligible for full benefits including healthcare, vacation, 401(k), and ESOP.  MCC tuition costs are 100% funded by Felton.

Starting Wage: $13.00 per hour to start, with guaranteed pay increases over the course of the apprenticeship.   At the completion of the program apprentices will make $16.00 per hour.
