Catholic Medical Center LNA Apprentices Achieve Program Milestone

Catholic Medical Center’s (CMC) Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) apprentices successfully completed 5 weeks of classroom instruction at Manchester Community College and earned their LNA license. These candidates now begin 2,000 hours of on-the-job training at the hospital.

Amoskeag Health, a health center located in Manchester, partnered with Manchester Community College to launch a new workforce training program. Amoskeag’s new medical secretary registered apprenticeship program is an earn-while-you-learn model combining online classroom instruction and on-the-job training.
